Just Another Day At Our House

Critters.... Ya Gotta Love Em. On Father's Day, the boys came home from doing chores with Paul. They were concerned that they had found 2 little kitties in the hay crying, with no Mom. After church the boys and I ran to check to make sure their Ma had come and taken care of them. Well, there they were in the 100 degree heat yawling their heads off. So, we adopted. Moral of the story, if you're looking for an extra project , just pick up a couple brand new kitties and feed 'em on a bottle. They just need fed every 2 hours, and cry to be held at all times, not a big deal at all. Actually it has been a lot of fun.

Stetson, Banner & Dallon had a blast attending the TSU Basketball Camp. Dallon has now been taken in as one of the brothers. It was so fun having Dallon come and stay for the week.

Stetson

Stetson did so great in his age group. Stetson is an incoming 9th Grader and was playing against incoming Seniors. Also, he was out for a full year with injuries. He was one of the top players in the High School Division, made us so excited to realize it is only going to get better and better for him. Daily they have a hand eye coordination game for all 115 players. Stets has amazing hand/eye coorination and made it into the top every single time. Stetson was coached by another of our favorites Coach Adams.

Banner - 50

Banner was coached by Eric (50) again this year & obviously it worked. In his age group he won the "Hot Shot" competition & got 2nd in the "Foul Shot" competion. In the middle picture he is laughing as all the players are razzing him for spanking the older boys.

Ok, I don't want to tell to much of Dallon's Story cuz I know Jaimie will enjoy doing that, but, I have to brag on him a bit. First off, he was coached by "D". On our June 15th post, it was D's Birthday we were celebrating. "D" took Dallon under his wing and really took care of him. Dallon did sooooo GREAT, he was playing against kids that were Banner's age. I had to include the middle and bottom picture so I could tell you this story. Dallon grabbed the ball from the tip off and then ran to his goal and made the opening shot of the game with older kids all over him. It was so exciting, I can assure you everyone heard us yelling.

The Guys came over for dinner & to shoot shot guns. It was so funny. We asked them if they had ever shot - shot guns before. Most of 'em said no, but, one of them said he had shot a hand gun. Paul replied "Who did you shoot at, your neighbors?" They all thought that was hilarious. Notice the bottom gun, that is Banner's brand new Shot Gun that he got when he turned "12". It is pretty good lookin'.
